Refund Policy

Jeen247 FZ L.L.C gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.

  1. The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:

You must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.

For electronics, open products will be accepted only if different from description or picture displayed.

 

Non-returnable Products.

No return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  2. Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
  3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;
  4. Personalized items which you requested to be designed especially for you.
  5. Items on sale.
  6. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
  7. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they still under warranty period.
  8. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.
  9. Item that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.
  10. Ordered by mistake.
  11. Ordered the wrong color or the wrong size.

 

 Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

  • If your refund is store credits, you will receive the refund within three (3) days after your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team; or
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

     Payment Confirmation

    Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

     

    Cancellation Policy

     

    Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed
    Although we endeavor to keep our website information and pricing up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If such an error is discovered after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
